dorsal for doesn't, the dorsal spinocerebellar tract does NOT cross once it first synapses and it proceeds up to the thalamus ipsilaterally (on the same side of the body)

ventral spinocerebellar tract does cross (descussate) and ascends on the opposite side of the spinal cord to where it first synapsed and when it reaches the brain stem it crosses vack over into the ipsilateral cerebellum

first order neurons enter to the dorsal horn, the afferent signal ascends to the medulla wher eit synapses in the gracial or cunate nuclei (depending on which pathway). crossing over to the opposite side of the brain into the contra-lateral medial lemniscus. heading up to the thalamus where it synapses, then decascading to the ventral posteolateral nucleus of the thalamus and on up to the sensory cortex
