static exercise causes a large increase in systemic circulation pressure as when muscles contract they cause vasoconstriction of the vessels between and around them which pushes blood back towards the heart increasing venous return, this increase of blod in theb heart is then pumped back out into systemic circulation, the system that the heart is pumping into however has masssively increased TPR due to vasoconstriction and this all results in a higher pressured system

during dynamic exercise TPR actually decreases, this is due to the inc of adrenaline circulating in the body which acts on beta-2 receptors to cause vasodilation of vasculature, also local factors such as ATP breakdown producing adenosine which is a potent vasodilator aid in this dilation occuring

renin production will inc during exercise as vasoconstriction of vasculature to areas that are not required during exercise occurs and therefore the renal artery is receiving less blow flow which then causes renin production, renin acts to maintain water within the body and to combat Hypovolemia when it occurs
