doctors, healthcare staff the recipient are all paid in one way or another (the recipient being paid with the organ itself)

they say that by implementing a fair organ sale and buying business where there is only one buyer (an institute such as the NHS, with no exploit of buying in developing countries to use here in the UK). it would be fair and would allow donors to get more satisfaction out of donating as they are not just having something taken like take take take no give they are gaining financial help for themselves and family the sole purchasing institute

eg NHS would then work to distribute the organs in a fair fashion.

also although we are paying donors it is going to be cheaper than now because we are funding extremely expensive things such as dialysis which is working out to be more costly than a one time organ fund!
