Clinical Medicine Skills: Clinical Reasoning Workshop: This will take place on line using the Teams platform.

Preparation prior to your Workshop: Read and critically think about the scenario and be prepared to discuss your ideas in your Workshop. In Week 3 complete a self-appraisal of your contribution to the Group's work. Your Group Leader should convene a Group meeting in Week 4 to discuss and complete, as a group with the individual present, peer appraisal for each individual member of the group. Individuals should then reflect on their Peers' appraisal and how it may differ from their self-appraisal. After completing a brief reflection on this, place the completed forms as a PDF in your portfolio and also email the facilitator taking your next Workshop with a copy of the PDF before 4pm Wednesday Week 5. The Group's forms will be looked at by the facilitator taking your Workshop in Week 5 and will open that session with a brief discussion with the group about the role of peer appraisal in Medicine, often called 360 degree appraisal.
